  • Store safely. Use the included sheath or a magnetic strip to protect the edge—and your fingers.
  • Sharpen regularly. For best results, use a whetstone or professional sharpening service to maintain a 15–20° edge angle.
  • Oil lightly. Occasionally apply food-safe mineral oil to the blade and handle to keep them conditioned, especially in dry climates.
