Care Instructions
+- Hand wash only. Rinse and dry the blade immediately after use to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- Do not soak or place in dishwasher. Heat and moisture can damage both the edge and the handle over time.
- Store safely. Use the included sheath or a magnetic strip to protect the edge—and your fingers.
- Sharpen regularly. For best results, use a whetstone or professional sharpening service to maintain a 15–20° edge angle.
- Oil lightly. Occasionally apply food-safe mineral oil to the blade and handle to keep them conditioned, especially in dry climates.
